About the Role   

The School Age Care Service Office Manager provides high‑level administrative and financial support to ensure the effective operation of the Before and After School Care program. You will oversee enrolments, finances, records, and parent communication while exercising sound judgement and initiative. This role requires availability from 7.30am for one morning each week, with other working hours negotiable.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People clearance (WWVP)
  • Certificate III or IV in Business or Administration with relevant and extensive experience
  • Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
