About Us  

Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) operates in the ACT and NSW, supporting 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). 

The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to the CECG system of schools, ELCs and the CEO through several service areas including Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and People and Culture. 

About the Role  

The Strategy Development Analyst is a key part of the Strategy team to support CECG’s strategy development, which includes key activities like financial feasibility assessments, data analysis, problem solving, market research and creation of communication and engagement material, in support of the Executive Leadership’s decision-making and implementation of strategic changes in the organisation.

The Strategy Development Analyst contributes to the development of CECG’s capital strategy, including enrolment and demographic assessments, and support planning for school expansions and new sites. The role also involves preparing clear, targeted communications for a range of stakeholders and contributing to strategic planning, enterprise reporting, and project delivery. This is a varied and impactful role suited to someone who enjoys analytical thinking, research, and working collaboratively to shape the future of Catholic education.

Qualifications and Eligibility   

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or related field are essential.
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration and Working With Children Check (WWCC) 
  • Current Drivers Licence.
