About the Role 

The Vocational Education Coordinator, known internally as the Leader of Learning, plays a pivotal role in shaping the Years 7 to 12 vocational education curriculum, fostering a culture of high expectations, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position combines teaching with leadership, guiding staff across multiple faculties in the design and delivery of vocational programs that are compliant, responsive, and aligned with student pathways. The Vocational Education Coordinator supports colleagues in their professional growth, while working closely with Catholic Education Office as the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to ensure quality assurance and compliance. Through strong curriculum leadership, innovation, and a commitment to excellence, this role contributes significantly to the College’s annual improvement plan and the success of every student.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
