About the Role 

The Vocational Education, Training (VET) and Careers Coordinator fosters a culture of continuous improvement that equips students with the skills they need for lifelong learning and future pathways. The role leads curriculum development, implementation and administration in line with College policies and national standards, ensuring programs remain compliant, relevant and responsive to student needs. Alongside their teaching responsibilities, the VET and Careers Coordinator supports staff across multiple faculties, driving excellence in vocational education through collaboration, innovation and professional growth. Working closely with the Catholic Education Office as the Registered Training Organisation (RTO), this position plays a key role in ensuring quality outcomes and maintaining strong alignment with the College’s vision for student success.

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration. 
  • ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration.
