About the Role    

The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of office. Administrative Assistants act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, requiring strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, supporting office processes, and assisting staff with a wide range of administrative tasks while demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality

Qualifications  

  • NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) 
  • Certificate III, IV or Diploma in a related field or experience in an administrative role
  • Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
