About Us
Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CACGEL) operates in the ACT and NSW, supporting 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs).
The Archdiocesan Schools Office provides a range of services to the system through four directorates including Faith in Learning, School Operations, Corporate Services and Governance and Strategy.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing ICT operations function that delivers meaningful impact across schools and offices every day. You will be responsible for ensuring technology services are reliable, secure, scalable, and responsive to the needs of staff and students, enabling quality educational outcomes across the organisation.
As a senior leader, you will drive the operational performance of ICT services, transforming strong technical foundations into outstanding customer experiences and service outcomes. You will lead a talented team, strengthen operational maturity, improve service performance, manage risk, and champion continuous improvement across all aspects of ICT operations.
Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and people leadership. You will lead and develop leaders, build workforce capability, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. You will have the opportunity to influence organisational direction, deliver lasting improvements, and help shape the future of technology services within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
