Salary Range: $79,057 to $133,846 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

About the Role   

The Classroom Teacher is a key influence in students’ development, providing quality teaching that inspires excellence and curiosity. You will design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse needs, fostering both academic growth and personal development. By creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, you empower students to reach their potential and develop skills that will serve them well beyond the classroom. Your role involves developing engaging programs, maintaining high expectations, and building strong relationships that support students’ well-being and success.  
 
This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on parental leave. The incumbent is entitled to return earlier to their substantive position in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
  • NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) registration.
  • NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
