About Us  

Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) provides education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). 

The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to the CECG system of Schools, ELCs and the CEO through seven Service Areas. These Service Areas include: Education and Performance Improvement; Catholic Identity; School and Family Services; Strategy and Special Projects; Finance and Infrastructure; Information and Communication Technology; and People and Culture. 

About the Role  

The College Technical Support Officer (TSO) works within the CECG Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Team and is responsible for delivering first and second-level ICT support to staff, students, and other stakeholders within the College. This role operates within organisational procedures and service level agreements (SLAs). The College TSO responds to daily technical issues, service requests and managing hardware and software support tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of ICT services within the college and other local systemic schools. The College TSO works with a level of independence in their daily activities but is supported by a Technical Support Lead, Senior Technical Support staff and other CECG ICT Officers as required.

Qualifications   

  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations.
