Salary Range: $79,057 to $133,846 plus NSW Coordinator 2 allowance $19,552 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

The Director of Students is a vital member of the College Leadership Team, working closely with the Principal to guide collaborative decision-making, strategic planning, and evaluation. This leadership role drives the implementation of key initiatives, monitors progress, and ensures continuous improvement across the College. By championing professional development and utilising data-driven strategies, the Director plays a pivotal role in enhancing school performance and maximising student success.
