Salary Range: $145,189 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

About the Role 

The Inclusive Education Coordinator plays a key leadership role in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment while maintaining regular teaching responsibilities. This position oversees inclusive education programs, coordinates targeted interventions, and ensures curriculum adjustments and accommodations are effectively implemented to meet diverse student needs. Working in partnership with students, families, teachers, support staff, and school leaders, the Coordinator promotes equitable access to learning and supports student growth. The role also involves guiding staff in evidence-based practices aligned with the Catalyst framework, leading professional learning to build school-wide capacity, managing Individual Plans (IPs), and contributing to case management. This position supports the school’s Annual Improvement Plan and is integral to ensuring all students feel empowered and supported in their learning journey.

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP)
  • Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) accreditation
