About the Role  

The Strategy Analyst plays a critical and technically sophisticated role within the Strategy team, serving as a key pillar in strengthening the organisation's enterprise-wide data and analytical capabilities. The Strategy Analyst will work closely with senior leadership to provide actionable insights that directly inform high-level strategic decisions and organisational transformation efforts. This position is responsible for supporting and continuously enhancing the enterprise reporting framework, ensuring that data-driven insights are reliable, accessible, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. 
 
About Us  

The Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to Schools and ELCs. The CEO includes seven Service Areas: Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology, and People and Culture.

Qualifications  

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field are essential.
• Experience within a similar role in a similar-sized organisation.
• Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations.
• Driver's Licence
