Position Description

Salary Range: $67,369 full-time equivalent plus superannuation
Employment Status: Part-time | Up to 24 hours per fortnight | 18 Month Contract
Eligibility: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Start Date: Negotiable

About the Role   

The Student Welfare Officer supports the wellbeing of students by providing pastoral care and implementing strategies that promote a safe and inclusive school environment. You will work with students, staff, and families to address social and emotional needs, contribute to wellbeing programs, and support the broader school community.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance
  • Completed Certificate IV in Youth Work or Pastoral Care, or Diploma or Bachelor in relevant field
  • Responding to and preventing cyber bullying training
