Salary Range: $73,725 full-time equivalent plus superannuation  
Employment Status: Part-time | 42 hours per fortnight

About the Role   

The Administration Assistant will support the daily operations of our growing rural school. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support across a range of school activities. Duties include reception, record keeping, data entry, communication with parents, and assisting staff and leadership with general administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will be reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy environment. They will demonstrate confidentiality and professionalism at all times and be supportive of the values of our school. Experience with school administration systems is desirable; however, a willingness to learn is equally valued. Qualifications 

  • NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain.
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience
