Salary Range: $81,439 to $137,861 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.  
Employment Status: Full-time

About the Role    

A Classroom Teacher prepares and delivers curriculum, manages classroom routines and communicates with students and parents to enhance student success. Teachers in the College promote a positive attitude of service to others and personal responsibility, whilst instilling values of love and generosity. Collaboration with colleagues on curriculum and professional growth are instrumental in supporting students' growth. Ability to teach across several subject areas in desirable including Maths, Science, PDHPE, Religion, VET (Sports Coaching) and TAS (Food Technology)

This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Education or Master of Teacher
  • NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) and/or ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance
  • NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation and/or ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
  • Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
