About the Role   

The Coordinator is both a classroom teacher and a key leader within the school, responsible for guiding teaching and learning, managing curriculum implementation, and supporting staff to deliver high-quality education. The Coordinator works collaboratively with teachers to meet diverse learning needs, ensures effective communication with parents and the wider school community, and maintains strong administrative and organisational processes. As a member of the school’s leadership team, the Coordinator helps drive the school’s annual improvement plan, promotes professional growth among staff, and upholds a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance
  • ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
