Salary Range: $130,206 to $143,223 plus superannuation (based on skills and experience
Employment Status: Full-time

About Us  

Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services Schools and ELCs.   

The CEO provides corporate services to the CECG system of Schools and ELCs. These Service Areas include; Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology and People and Culture. 

About the Role  

This role supports Catholic Education’s mission by fostering safe, values-driven learning environments across Secondary schools. The successful candidate will implement strategic directions aligned with Catalyst, focusing on curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment. 

The role involves coordinating curriculum networks, leading targeted professional learning, and promoting evidence-based practices to enhance student outcomes. Working closely with school leaders and teachers, the position encourages collaborative improvement, consistent assessment practices, and high-impact teaching. It also includes project coordination, reporting, and providing expert advice to the Education Lead, with flexibility to respond to evolving system priorities and a commitment to travel as required.

Qualifications   

  • Bachelor Education degree with teaching experience required, with school leadership experience highly desirable 
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations
  • Driver’s License.
