About Us

Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs).

The Catholic Education Office (CEO) within CECG provides strategic, professional, corporate and transactional services to the CECG system of Schools, ELCs and the CEO through seven Service Areas. These Service Areas include; Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology and People and Culture.

About the Role

The Data Integrations and Applications Officer provides information technology expertise in solution design, implementation, IT governance and analysis. This role is responsible for the support and ongoing improvement of applications and data platforms used by school and central system staff for school and system-wide administration including enterprise data informed decision making.

About the Team

The Data, Integrations and Applications Officer is part of a large and well-structured team of ICT professionals. The position sits in the Applications and Information team to support CEO and school staff across the Archdiocese to ensure ease of access to essential data insights. Gain valuable insight into the sectors of the wider ICT team by working with Cyber Security, Business Systems, Service Delivery and Enterprise Technology to ensure the best experience for all CECG staff.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science/Information Technology, equivalent formal qualification and/or working experience in similar role.
  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration 
  • NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) 
  • Current Driver's Licence
